Family Assistance Centers (FACs) are a statewide network which supports military families and family readiness. They provide one-stop assistance and referral to individual families, while providing linkages to Rear Detachment Command (RDC) and the State Family Programs Office.

The FACs were formed to assist families of Soldiers with needs which arise while the Soldier is deployed. FAC staff members are trained to listen and to provide the best possible resources for any issues which may arise. Do not, for any reason, hesitate to call if you need help. When you contact a FAC for assistance, keep in mind that the FAC staff is bound by confidentiality. All information that is provided to the FAC concerning an issue remains with the FAC.
